Maulen Almasovich Sunkarov was born on July 14, 1993 in the village of Merek, Naurzum district, Kostanay region.
Higher education.
In 2015, he graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov with a degree in Law.

Career
He began his career in September 2015 at the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Akimat of Kostanay region" as a chief specialist, where he worked until April 2018.
In April 2018, he was appointed Chief specialist of the Legal Support Department of the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
From July 2018 to January 2024, he held the position of head of the department.
On January 11, 2024, he was appointed Deputy head of the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
Oversees issues in the field of management of regional communal property: privatization, provision of property lease (lease), trust management and temporary gratuitous use, coordination of write-off and transfer of regional communal property, organization of accounting and ensuring its effective use.
