Rakhmetova Linara Bogenbayevna was born on July 1, 1986 in the village of Uykesken in Uzunkolsky district of Kostanay region.
Higher education.
In 2008, she graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov with a degree in Agronomy.
In 2011, she graduated from Kostanay Engineering and Pedagogical University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.

Career
She began her career in September 2009 as a translator at the State Institution "Children's and Youth Sports School No. 1" in Kostanay, where she worked until September 2011.
From September 2011 to April 2013, she worked as the chief accountant at the State Committee for Kindergarten No. 69 of the Kostanay city Akimat of the Education Department of the Kostanay city Akimat.
From April 2013 to July 2017, she worked in the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay city", where she held various positions: inspector, chief specialist, head of the sector.
In August 2017, in connection with the reorganization of the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay city", she was transferred to the State Institution "Department of State Assets and Procurement of the Akimat of Kostanay city" by the head of the municipal property sector.
In February 2019, she was dismissed from the State Institution "Department of State Assets and Procurement of the Akimat of Kostanay city" in connection with the transition to work in the State Institution "Department of Finance of the Akimat of Kostanay region" as head of the department of privatization and post-privatization control.
Since November 2020, he has been working as Deputy head of the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
Oversees the issues of financing real sector industries, budget accounting, preparation of budget reports on the execution of the local budget, monitoring the status of accounts payable and receivables for administrators of budget programs, analysis and preparation of proposals for their reduction, as well as monitoring the repayment of debt on loans, repayment of debt of local executive bodies to a higher budget, as well as repayment of debt on issued municipal securities, organization of work on the issue of securities of the Akimat of Kostanay region.
