Zhusupova Alma Autenovna was born on April 2, 1968 in the village of Kabatyr, Kamystinsky district, Kostanay region.

In 1989, she graduated from Kostanay Agricultural Institute with a degree in Economics and Organization of Agriculture.
In 2003, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
In 2019, he graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov with a degree in Law.

Career
In the period from February 1990 to January 1998-chief economist, head of the plan and Educational Department of the State Farm "Voroshilovsky" and the State Farm "Kamyshninsky" of the Kostanay region;
January 1998 to February 1999-deputy Akim of the Kamystinsky district for the economy;
from February 1999 to June 2006-head of the Kamystinsky district finance department;
