Biography
Born in 1980 in the village of Irgiz, Irgiz district, Aktobe region.Higher education. He is married with three children.In 2000 he graduated from the Aktobe College of Finance and Economics, majoring in economics and accountants.In 2003 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics, majoring in economics.
2000-2007 - a teacher of informatics at a secondary school in the village of Zhabasak, Aytekebi district, Aktobe region.2007-2011 leading specialist, head of the department of the akim's apparatus of Aytekebi region.2011-2017 deputy head of department, head of department in Aytekebi district financial department.Since January 2018, he has been the head of the Akim's administration of Aytekebi region.In 2019, the deputy akim of the Komsomolsk rural district.Since June 2019, he has been the head of the Aytekebi district department of employment and social programs.
