Bekenbaeva Bibinur Reshovna

She was born on September 21, 1962 in the village of Akkaytym, Shalkar district, Aktobe region. In 1975-1979 he studied at the Republican Physics and Mathematics School in Almaty. In 1979-1981 he studied at the Alma-Ata accounting and credit technical school, where he received the specialty of a finance and credit inspector. In 2001-2003 he studied at the Zhubanov University in Aktobe, majoring in "Finance and Credit".
