Gulzhazira Kairatovna Abenova was born in 1974 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Atyrau region (Guryev), Kurmangazy District (Dengiz), the village of Orly (Kalinin village council). In May 1974, she moved to the village of Birlik in the Kurmangazy District of the Atyrau region.

Nationality - Kazakh. Higher education, in 1991-1995, he graduated with honors from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in Economics and Management in the branches of the AIC.

Member of the primary party organization "Nur Otan". She is married and has four children.

She began her career in 1996 as a Labor Assistant to the Chief Economist of the Kyzyl-Tan collective farm, from July 1, 1996 to January 18, 1999 - as the Chief Economist of the Kyzyl-Tan production cooperative.
