Biography
Makhsutov Kaisar Yerkinovich was born on October 30, 1992 in Kurmangazy District of Atyrau region.
Education-higher. In 2014, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and statistics with a bachelor's degree in economics and business and in 2016 from the Kazakhstan University of innovative and telecommunications systems with a bachelor's degree in law.
He started his career in 2011 as a leading specialist of the Kurmangazy District Department of Economics and budget planning.
In 2015-2017, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Kurmangazy District Department of entrepreneurship and tourism, in 2017-2018 – head of the economic and municipal sector of the Kurmangazy District Department of Economics and finance, in 2018-2020 – head of the Kurmangazy District Department of entrepreneurship and tourism, in 2020-2021 - head of the Department of quality control and organization of public services of the Kurmangazy district Akim's office. Since July 28, 2021, today he has been the mayor of Tengiz rural district.
Member of the Adal party. Married.
