Biography
Abdrakhman Alimbay Nasikhatovich was born in the village of Tatirka, Tengiz district, Guryev region. Nationality-Kazakh. Higher education. From 1971 to 1980, he studied at Panfilov and Orli secondary schools, where he received a ten-year education. In 1980-1985, he studied at the Alma-Ata Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute, receiving a higher education in the specialty veterinary doctor.
In 1985-1988, he worked as a veterinarian at the Kurmangazy and Octyabr state farms. In 1989-1994, he worked as a veterinarian at the marine district Veterinary Laboratory and the marine district veterinary station. From 1994 to 2010, he worked as a chief specialist, head of the department of the veterinary control service at the border and transport in the Atyrau region. From 2010 to April 2020, he continued his career as the head of the veterinary department of the akim's office of the Kurmangazinsky district, the chief state veterinarian of the district.
