Syzdykov Semser Zulpyharovich

Semser Zulpykharovich Syzdykov was born in 1987.
He graduated from the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University with a degree in finance.
He holds a Master's degree in public and local administration from the T. Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics.

He began his career in 2009 as a sole proprietor in Almaty.
From 2013 to 2016, he served as the chief specialist in the financial and economic department and chief inspector of the organizational and inspectorate department of the Kyzylorda city akim's office.
From 2016 to 2019, he was the head of the department of mobilization training, territorial defense, and law enforcement relations of the Kyzylorda city akim's office.
From 2019 to 2020, he served as the head of the city's physical education and sports department.
From 2020 to 2023, he served as the akim of Tasbuget village in Kyzylorda.
From 2023 to 2026, he served as the deputy akim of Zhanakorgan district.
On March 17, 2026, he was appointed deputy head of the akim's office of Kyzylorda region.
