Biography
Tokbayev Yerbol Bauyrzhanovich was born on October 15, 1989 in Kazaly, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region. From 1996 to 2007, he graduated from M. Gorky Secondary School No. 16. In 2007-2009, he studied at the Aktobe College of transport and communications of Kazgsa JSC in Aktobe. In 2011-2014, he graduated from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University.
He started his career in 2008 as a programmer at the Kazalinsky branch of the Kyzylorda Regional Center for Public Services.
In 2012-2013, "IT specialist" of the Kazalinsk branch of the Service Center for the Peoples of the Kyzylorda region.
From 2013 to 2016, he worked as a programmer operator at KSU "Kazalinsky district Akim's Office".
From November 2018 to 2020, he worked as the chief specialist of the department "Development of electronic Akimat and monitoring of public services" of the Kazalinsky District Akim's Office.
From 2020 to the present, he holds the position of Head of the Department of Digital Technologies and Monitoring of Public Services
