Elubay Elaman Rauanovich was born in 1996 in the village of Teskensu, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region. In 2015, he graduated from the Almaty College of Construction and Management with a degree in construction and operation of buildings and construction. In 2019, he graduated from the Moscow Economic Institute with a degree in business and management.
