Biography
Suleev Talgat Mirovich was born in 1976 in the Karmakshinsky district of the Kyzylorda region.
In 2003, he graduated from the Kazakh University of Humanities and Law with a degree in Lawyer.

He began his career in 2004-2007 as an assistant lawyer at the Legal Partnership LLP in Almaty.

2015-2016 chief specialist of the personnel work (personnel management) department of the akim's office of Karmakshy district;
From 2016 to the present, he served as chief inspector of the documentation and control department of the akim's apparatus of the Karmakshinsky district.
