Biography
Almukhan Yergalievich was born in 1964 in the Kazalinsky district. He graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Innovations and Telecommunications Systems with a degree in State and Local Administration.
He began his career in 1983 as a junior technician at the weather station of the state farm "Kazaly".
From 1983 to 2000, he worked as a machinist at the Baikozha station, a builder, a storekeeper at the Kazaly state farm, a worker at the Bozkol state farm, and an accountant at the Tasaryk farm. From 2000 to 2015, he worked as a chief specialist, a clerk, and a leading specialist in the administration of the akim of the Tasaryk rural district.
From December 2015 to September 2020, he worked as the chief specialist of the office of the akim of the Tasaryk rural district.
