Zhangaliev Abat Sayfollaevich

Abat Saifollaevich Zhangaliev was born in 1977 in the Orlinsk rural district of the Kurmangazinsky district.
He graduated from the West Kazakhstan State Agrarian University with a degree in Agrochemistry and Soil Science, as well as the Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems with a degree in Law.
