Izbakovna Gulnara Elbatyrovna

She was born on December 22, 1979 in the city of Kyzylorda. In 2000 she graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in economics. In 2009 she graduated from the Academy of Economics and Law with a degree in jurisprudence.

She began her career in 2000 as a sales manager of the sales department of Universal LLP. In 2004 she worked as a chief specialist of the department of financing of financial bodies of the Department of Finance of the city of Almaty. In 2016, she continued her career as the head of the department for the analysis of the execution of budget programs of the sectors of the economy and budget investment projects of the Finance Department of the city of Almaty. Since 2020, the head of the department for management of communal assets of the State Assets Department of the city of Almaty.
