Kumispaeva Mira Albergenovna

She was born on May 9, 1977 in Almaty. In 2001, she graduated from the Academy of Economics and Law with a degree in law. In 2007, she graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in finance.

She started her career in 1997 as a cashier of the Bostandyk branch of the Republican Budget Bank. In 2001, she worked as a leading specialist in the Legal Department of the Almaty City Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2015, she continued her career as the head of the Department for the organization and conduct of unified public Procurement of the Almaty City Finance Department. Since 2019, the head of the Department for monitoring public procurement and work with customers of the Department of State Assets of the city of Almaty.
