Biography
He was born on June 16, 1986 in Almaty. In 2008, he graduated from the Turar Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics with a Bachelor of Engineering and Technology degree. He has the military rank of "private/ sailor".
He began his career in 2007 as an inspector of the Department for the Issuance of One-time coupons. In 2012, he continued his career as the chief specialist of the Property Rental Department of non-residential premises of the Almaty City Finance Department.
