Biography
Born on January 9, 1991 in Targyn village, Ulansky District, East Kazakhstan region. In 2013, he graduated from Daulet Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University with a degree in management, qualification "Master of Management Law", in 2017-Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in jurisprudence, qualification"Bachelor of law".
2011 – 2014 years - Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014 – 2020 years - director of the municipal state institution "Youth Resource Center" of the Ust-Kamenogorsk city akimat.
From February to May 2020 years - head of the sector of analysis and monitoring of socio-political situations, interaction with civil society institutions of the state institution" Department of internal policy, culture and language development of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
