He was born on February 3, 1978.
Higher education. In 1998, he graduated from Aktobe Polytechnic College with a degree in Master of Industrial Training, teacher of labor, drawing. In 2006, he graduated from the K. Zhubanov State Pedagogical University with a degree in Labor Technology and Entrepreneurship. In 2021, he graduated from the K. Zhubanov State Pedagogical University with a degree in law.
He began his career in 1999 as a drawing teacher at the Zh secondary school . Kereeva village Shubarkuduk Temir district;
In 2006 he worked as a leading specialist of the Temir district construction Department, from 2007 to 2010 he worked as the director of the Temir District House of Culture named after N.Baiganin, from 2010 to 2014 -akim of Kayynda rural district of Temir district, from 2014 to 2019-head of the Temir district Entrepreneurship Department, from 2019 to 2020-head of the sector of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of Temir district.
Since June 10, 2020, he has been appointed head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Temir district.
