Higher education, in 2000 graduated from Atyrau State Institute of Oil and Gas with a degree in "Chemical Engineer-Technologist".
In 2014 he graduated from Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence degree.
He started his career in 2001 as a technologist at dIyar Consulting LLP, located in the village of Shubarkuduk, Temir district.
2003 - 2006 to the position of chief specialist of the Temir District Department of Internal Policy.
In 2006, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Temir District Department of Architecture and Urban Planning.
