Higher education. In 1992 he graduated from Oktyabrsky City College No. 4 with a degree in "grocery store salesman", in 2007 - College at Aktobe University named after S. Baishev with a degree in Economics, Accounting and Audit, in 2011-Aktobe University named after S. Baishev with a degree in Economics.
He started his career in 1991 as a construction technician in the Department of Construction and Architecture, in 1993 he resigned on his own.
