Kostanay Law Institute, specialty — jurisprudence.
He started his career in 1997 as an investigator for the Department of Internal Affairs.Petropavlovsk. At various times he held the positions of investigator, senior investigator, as well as senior positions of the Department of Internal Affairs of Astana.;
Since 2009, he continued to serve in the prosecutor's office. He consistently held senior positions as Deputy Prosecutor of the Saryarkinsky district of the Astana Prosecutor's Office, Head of the Department of Special Prosecutors of the Astana Prosecutor's Office.;
Then, in 2018, he was appointed to the position of adviser to the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Between 2018 and 2023, he was the head of the justice departments of the Almaty Region and the city of Almaty;
In 2023–2026, he was the head of the department of the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty;
In August 2026, he was appointed head of the department of the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Shymkent.
