Date of birth: 26.01.1975
Education, specialty (qualification), licenses: Al–Farabi Kazakh National University (Law).
He began his career in law enforcement agencies in 1996 as an investigator of the Department of the State Investigative Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Bostandyk district of Almaty.
At various times, he held senior positions in the Department of Internal Affairs of the North Kazakhstan region, Kostanay Military Investigation Departments and the Investigative Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2013, he continued his service in the Prosecutor's office from the position of Senior Prosecutor of the Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He consistently held the positions of Assistant, Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor General, head of the Department, Department of the Prosecutor General's Office, was Deputy Prosecutor of the North Kazakhstan region.
In October 2023, he was appointed Head of the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Pavlodar region.
