Biography
Born in 1964 in the village of Zhetysu, Taldykorgan district, Almaty region.
He graduated from the Institute of Agriculture, specializing in agronomy.
Labor activity began in 1985, working on the collective farm "Telman" in the village of Telman Taldykorgan district.
After the army in 1987 he worked on the collective farm "Zhetysu" agronomist of Taldykorgan region.
Since 2000, he has been the head of the Satanov farm.
Since 2003 he has been the akim of Tulengut rural district.
