
Biography
He was born on May 15, 1972 in Karatal village of Eskeldinsky district of Almaty region. In 1979-1989, he studied at the Zhetysu secondary school in the village of Zhetysu, Eskeldinsky district.

From 1989 to 1990, he worked as a freight forwarder-driver in Komintern LLP in the village of Karatal, Eskeldinsky district, Almaty region. From 1990 to 1994, he studied at the Kazakh State Academy, majoring in marketing and commerce. From 1994 to 1995 he worked as a leading specialist in the Department of Economics and Internal Mechanization. From 1995 to 1998 he worked as the head of the internal communications department in the agricultural trade union "Karatal".
In 1998-2000, he was the chairman of the Idris peasant farm in the village of Karatal, Eskeldinsky district, Almaty region. From 2000 to 2001 he worked as an inspector of the tax committee of the city of Tekeli, Almaty region. From 2001 to 2002 he worked as a leading specialist of the tax Committee of the city of Tekeli, Almaty region. In autumn 2002, he was appointed Chief Inspector of the Tax Committee. In November 2002, he was transferred to the post of akim of Tolengut rural district. From 2003 to 2010, he was appointed akim of the Karatal rural district. In the fall of 2010, he was transferred to the position of head of the Budget Planning and Economics Department of the Akimat of Eskeldinsky district of Almaty region.
From 2010 to 2012, he headed the Department of Entrepreneurship and Budget Planning. In 2012-2014, he was the chief of staff of the akim of the Eskeldinsky district. From 2014 to 2021, he held the position of first deputy chairman of the Eskeldinsky district branch of the Nur Otan party. On April 1, 2021, he was appointed akim of the Kaynarli rural okrug of the Eskeldinsky district.
