Taldybaev Sagadi Zholdybaevich

Born March 18, 1964 in the village of Aldabergenova Taldy-Kurgan, Taldy-Kurgan region in a family of collective farmers. In 1980, he entered the Kazakh State Agricultural Institute at the Faculty of Electrification of Agriculture. In 1985 he graduated from the above-mentioned institute, received the specialty of an electrical engineer. In September 1985, he began his career as an electrician to the Taldy-Kurgan inter-farm enterprise Agropromenergo. At this enterprise, he went from an electrician to a chief engineer. In 1996, he was appointed head of the Taldy-Kurgan District Department of Ecology and Bioresources. In May 1998, he was appointed akim of the Kokzhazyk rural district, Eskeldinsky district. In April 2012, he was transferred by the akim of the Karatal rural district, Eskeldinsky district. Since 2016, he has been working as akim of the Kokzhazyk rural district.
