Biography
Dzhubanov Edil Ayazbaevich was born on August 24, 1977 in Almaty.
In 1999, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev, specializing in "Traffic Organization". In 2002, he graduated from the KAZGUU University named after M.S. Narikbayev, specializing in "Jurisprudence".
He began his career in 2001 as an inspector of the educational and methodological center of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Over the years, he held the positions of adjunct of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teacher-methodologist of organizing training for anti-terrorism specialists at the training center for specialists of the internal affairs department of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the department for the study of best practices and development of training methods for the center for training anti-terrorism specialists of the Institute for Training the Management Staff of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Assistant Prosecutor of the Auezovsky District of Almaty, senior assistant prosecutor of the Auezovsky district of Almaty, senior prosecutor of the department for supervision of the legality of judicial acts and enforcement proceedings in administrative and civil cases of the prosecutor's office of the Auezovsky district of Almaty, senior prosecutor of the Department of the Group of the Center for Law Enforcement Services and Citizens' Appeals of the Office of the Prosecutor's Office of the City of Almaty, senior prosecutor of the Department for the Protection of Public Interests of the Prosecutor's Office of the City of Almaty, deputy prosecutor of the East Kazakhstan region.
In 2008-2013, he was seconded to the United Nations (UN) project - the Central Asian Regional Center for Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors (CARICC).
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan he was awarded the Order of Aibyn, 2nd degree.
Candidate of Legal Sciences.
From October 6, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Karaganda region.
