Prosecutor's offices, within the limits of their powers, carry out the management of the unified system of prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carry out Supreme supervision on behalf of the state over compliance with the rule of law in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the limits and forms established by law, represent the interests of the state in court and carry out criminal prosecution on behalf of the state.
