Born in 1996. He graduated from Kokshetau University named after A. Myrzakhmetov (operation of transport and organization of cargo movement and transportation).
Since October 2025.
Functional responsibilities: Coordination of activities of state institutions, organizations, enterprises, economic entities on issues of architecture, construction, urban planning, housing and communal services, heat and water supply, energy, telecommunications, as well as passenger transport and roads (including on issues of ensuring economic planning, budget execution). Interaction with local executive bodies and office of akims of districts and cities on industrial issues, other legal entities on supervised issues.
