Born in 1979. Graduated from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (accountant-economist), Kokshetau University (Bachelor of Law), Humanitarian and Technical Academy (Master of Economics and Business).
He has been in office since February 2023.
Responsibilities: Conducting an audit of efficiency in a state body, subordinate organizations in all areas of its activities. Conducting an audit of compliance with the state body and its subordinate organizations and institutions, including the compliance of the activities of structural units of the state body, its subordinate organizations and institutions with regulatory legal acts.
