Biography
Nail Sabitovich Novoteyev was born in 1999 in the village of Suvorovo, Uzunkol District, Kostanay Region.
He graduated from M. Narikbayev Kazakh Humanitarian Law University.
He began his professional career in May 2022 at the SI "Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of Uzunkol District" as a Methodologist.
From June 2022 to July 2023, he worked as a Chief Specialist at the SI "Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of Uzunkol District".
From July 2023 to December 2025, he worked as a Chief Specialist of the Department for Socio-Political Affairs at the SI "Department of Public Development of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".
Since December 19, 2025, he has been serving as the Head of the Foreign Economic Relations, Trade and Tourism Department of the SI "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".
