Abishev Shota Batyrbekovich

General Information, Education:

Shota Batyrbekovich Abishev was born in 1969 in the city of Zhitikara, Kostanay Region.

In 1994, he graduated from Rudny Industrial Institute with a degree in Mining Engineering.

In 2001, he graduated from the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Law.

Career:

He began his professional career in 1993 as an Assistant Drilling Rig Operator in a geological exploration team.

From late 1994 to 2003, he worked in the law enforcement agencies of Kostanay Region.

From 2003 to 2006, he worked as a Leading Engineer of the Material and Technical Supply Service and later as Head of the Operational and Administrative Support Center of the Kostanay Regional Telecommunications Directorate.

From 2006 to March 2018, he worked in commercial organizations and was engaged in entrepreneurial activities.

From April 2018 to September 2023, he worked as a Chief Specialist at the SI "Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management Regulation of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".

Since September 2023, he worked as a Chief Specialist of the Subsoil Use Department at the SI "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".

On September 11, 2025, by order of the Head of the Department, he was appointed Head of the Subsoil Use Department of the SI "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".

His civil service experience amounts to approximately 17 years.

He is married and has two adult children.
