Isina Zhanyl Saktaganovna

Born in the village of Aksuat, Mendykara District, Kostanay Region, on June 24, 1989. She holds two higher education degrees in Accounting and Auditing and Law. She began her career in 2008 as a freelance employee at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry.

1. She entered the civil service in 2012 as a Chief Specialist of the Financial and Organizational Affairs Department. She subsequently worked as a Chief Specialist in the Departments of Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Organizational and Legal Support, and Local Content and Construction Materials Development of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the Akimat of Kostanay Region.

Since 2021, she has held a managerial position as Head of the Local Content and Construction Materials Development Department (in 2022, the department was renamed the Department of Domestic Value Development and Construction Materials; in 2024, it was renamed the Department of Industry and Domestic Value Development).
