Biography
Shnarbayev Kairkhan Naizabekovich was born on January 14, 1974 in the village of Prirechnoye, Zhitikarinsky district, Kostanay region.
Higher education, graduated in 1996 from the Karaganda Higher School of the GSK of the Republic of Kazakhstan, majoring in law.
From August 1992 to September 2010, he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhitikara.
