Biography
Ivan Vasilyevich Khodzinsky was born on September 5, 1964 in the village of Lazo in the Lazovsky district of the Moldavian SSR.
Higher education, graduated in 2007 from Kostanay Socio-Technical University named after Z.Aldamzhar, majoring in jurisprudence.
He began his career in February 1982 as a children's instructor at the House of Culture of the Progress State Farm in the Dzhetygarinsky district.
From August 1982 to June 1983, he attended the courses of cultural workers in the city of Kostanay.
