Biography
Idelbayev Zhakslyk Sergeevich was born on November 25, 1968 in the village of Volgogradskoye, Zhitikarinsky district, Kostanay region.
Higher education, graduated from the Kostanay Agricultural Institute in 1993, majoring in agricultural mechanization.
He began his career in July 1985 as an assistant to the combine harvester of the Volgogradsky state farm in the Dzhetygarinsky district.
From June to September 1986, a repair worker of the MTM of the Volgogradsky state farm of the Dzhetygarinsky district.
From July 1987 to May 1989, he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
From August 1993 to June 1999, mechanic, master adjuster of brigade No. 4 of the Volgogradsky state farm of the Zhitikarinsky district.
