Biography
Shukmanov Kairat Makhsatovich was born on July 7, 1982 in the village of Muktikol, Zhitikarinsky district, Kostanay region.
Higher education, graduated from Kostanay Sociai-Technical University in 2006, specialty "Finance", qualification "Bachelor of Finance".
From January 2005 to March 2013, he worked as a machine operator in the peasant farm "Shukmanova Zh.N.", Muktikol village, Zhitikarinsky district.
From March 2013 to June 2017, he was a driver in the State Enterprise "Veterinary Station" of the State Institution "Department of Veterinary of the Akimat of the Zhitikarinsky district", the city of Zhitikara, Kostanay region.
From June 2017 to March 2020, he worked as a mechanic in the peasant farm "Shukmanova Zh.N.", Muktikol village, Zhitikarinsky district.
From March to July 2022 – head of the peasant farm "Shukmanova Zh.N.", Muktikol village, Zhitikarinsky district.
Following the results of the elections, from April 26, 2022, he was appointed Akim of the Muktikolsky rural district of the Zhitikarinsky district.
He is married and has one child.
