Was born in 1984. Graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (lawyer).

Legal support during the publication of decisions and orders of the akim, resolutions of the regional akimat, when the regional akim and the head of the regional akim apparatus sign agreements and contracts. Carrying out claim work of the regional akim apparatus, akim and akimat of the region. Ensuring interaction with justice authorities, law enforcement and judicial authorities, akimats of districts, cities of regional significance, government bodies on legal issues. Preparation of conclusions, other documents on behalf of the regional akim, his deputies, the head of the regional akim apparatus. Interaction with law enforcement agencies in the prevention of offenses and the fight against crime, terrorism and anti-corruption.
