Sadykov Kuttybai Salimzhanuly

Sadykov Kuttybai Salimzhanovich was born on March 21, 1982 in Atyrau. In 2003 he graduated from the Institute of Economics and Law under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2007 from the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas.

He began his career in 2004 as an operative of the Atyrau region Police Department, held the positions of First Deputy head of the Inder district Police Department, Makhambet district, Head of the Criminal Police Department, head of the Zhylyoy district Police Department and Head of the Atyrau city Police Department.
