Bazarov Ernar Meirambekovich

Yernar Meirambekovich Bazarov was born in the Semipalatinsk region. In 2000, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MIA RK); in 2006, the M. Esbulatov Almaty Academy of the MIA RK; and in 2011, the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law Innovative University (Semey).

Since 1998, he has served in various mid-level and senior management positions within the road and administrative police units of the East Kazakhstan Region. He held the positions of Head of the Registration and Examination Department in Semey and Head of the Administrative Police Department of the East Kazakhstan Regional Police Department. From 2012 to 2018, he served in the Administrative Police Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2022, he has served as the Head of the Semey City Police Department, as well as Deputy and First Deputy Chief of the Abay Regional Police Department. Since March 2026, he has held the position of Deputy Chief of the Atyrau Regional Police Department.
