The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan is submitting for public discussion a draft order "On Repealing the Orders of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 566-NQ dated October 20, 2021, 'On Approving the List of Measurements Subject to State Regulation,' and No. 347-NQ dated September 21, 2023, 'On Amending the Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 566-NQ dated October 20, 2021, "On Approving the List of Measurements Subject to State Regulation."'"

    The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan submits for public discussion the draft order "On Recognizing as Invalid the Orders of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 20, 2021 No. 566-NQ 'On Approval of the List of Measurements Related to State Regulation' and the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 21, 2023 No. 347-NQ 'On Amending the Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 20, 2021 No. 566-NQ 'On Approval of the List of Measurements Related to State Regulation''."

    The purpose of adopting the order is to update the regulatory legal framework in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements in connection with the approval of a new List of Measurements Related to State Regulation, replacing the current one, which includes types of measurements and corresponding metrological requirements in the field of electric vehicle infrastructure.

    The draft regulatory legal act is posted for public discussion on the "Open NPAs" internet portal, where all interested parties can review the document and submit their proposals and comments (link https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=15902177 ).
