A joint meeting of the standing committees was held at the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat, during which deputies considered a number of issues aimed at the further socio-economic development of the city.
One of the key items on the agenda was the introduction of amendments to the Development Plan of Ust-Kamenogorsk for 2026–2030. The draft decision was prepared following the revision of the Development Plan of the East Kazakhstan Region.
The proposed amendments envisage supplementing the city's investment plan with new measures and projects aimed at modernizing heat supply, water supply and wastewater systems, constructing social infrastructure facilities, improving urban amenities, and implementing projects in the fields of digitalization, energy and sports.
Following the discussion, the standing committees recommended submitting the draft decision for consideration at the next session of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat.
