A meeting on the implementation of the republican environmental program «Taza Kazakhstan» was held under the chairmanship of the regional akim Kumar Aksakalov.
Previously, a photo album with recorded remarks was compiled for all cities and districts.
The main task is to ensure the qualitative elimination of remarks and achieve a real result. The head of the region instructed the akims of districts and cities to re-check the submitted reports, personally monitor the quality of the work performed and the reliability of the data provided. If the work is not fully completed, the remark is not considered fulfilled.
Since June, mobile groups in districts and cities have conducted more than 1.1 thousand raids, identifying over 5.2 thousand violations.
«For the first violation, one can limit oneself to a warning and give an opportunity to eliminate it. But if there is no result or the violation is repeated, district, and if necessary, regional mobile groups should get involved. Issues of improvement cannot be solved only by administrative measures,» noted Kumar Aksakalov.
The head of the region instructed the akims of districts and cities to ensure the complete elimination of remarks, to involve socially responsible businesses in improvement, landscaping and development of public spaces, as well as to constantly monitor the condition of previously improved facilities, preventing their repeated pollution, destruction and improper maintenance.
