In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of the Criminal Executive System for Aktobe Region organized an event aimed at strengthening the historical-patriotic and moral education of its personnel.
According to the annual reading plan, the historical novel The Nomads by the outstanding Kazakh writer Ilyas Yessenberlin was recommended for reading in July.
As part of the event, personnel and newly recruited officers of the Department visited the Ybyrai Altynsarin Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library, where they became acquainted with the library's collection and watched the feature film The Nomads. In addition, the participants had read the novel in advance and shared their impressions and opinions about its content.
During the discussion, special attention was given to the events depicted in the novel, particularly the formation of the Kazakh Khanate, the struggle for the country's independence, the unity of the people, and the heroism of our ancestors. The participants emphasized the historical and educational significance of the work for the younger generation, highlighting the importance of patriotism, integrity, service to the Motherland, and respect for national values.
Such events help foster a greater interest in reading among personnel and young officers, promote historical awareness, strengthen the national spirit, and encourage the conscientious performance of official duties.
