
At the meeting of the Standing Commission of the Almaty Regional Maslikhat on Economy, Budget, Law and Order, Anti-Corruption and Deputy Ethics, a number of important issues related to the socio-economic development of the region were considered.
The agenda included issues of the execution of the regional budget for 2025, the report of the Audit Commission, amendments to the Development Plan for 2026–2030, as well as adjustments to the regional budget for the upcoming three-year period. In addition, proposals were discussed on improving street lighting networks, implementing public-private partnership projects, and providing the “Shelek” industrial zone with engineering and communication infrastructure.
On these issues, heads of the relevant departments delivered reports, presenting information on the work carried out and future plans. During the meeting, deputies raised questions on the discussed topics and exchanged views on the effective use of budget funds, project implementation timelines, infrastructure development, and the execution of state programs.
A number of proposals and recommendations were also put forward, and specific instructions were given to the responsible institutions.
