Public Hearings on the Privatization of the State Share Held in the Almaty Region
Public hearings were held in the Almaty Region regarding the privatization of the state share in the authorized capital of “Almaty oblysy Bas zhospar” LLP.
The event was organized in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, with the main goal of ensuring openness and transparency in privatization procedures. The hearings were attended by deputies, representatives of government bodies, media outlets, and members of the public.
During the discussion, participants reviewed the company’s activities, its role in the region’s development, and the upcoming privatization plan. In particular, it was noted that the enterprise focuses on digitalizing the fields of architecture and urban planning, as well as implementing regional development projects.
The privatization process will be carried out in accordance with state policy aimed at reducing the share of the quasi-public sector in competitive sectors of the economy. The sale of the state share will be conducted in compliance with legislation, on an open and competitive basis.
