The Almaty Regional Maslikhat Announces Public Hearings on the Privatization of Regional Communal Property
The Almaty Regional Maslikhat announces the holding of public hearings by the Standing Commissions on issues related to the privatization of regional communal property.
The public hearings will be conducted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On State Property.”
The hearings will consider the issue of privatizing the state-owned 49% stake in the authorized capital of “Almaty oblysy Bas Zhospar” LLP.
