
By the order of the Akim of the North Kazakhstan Region and in coordination with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, Kossym Dussenaliyevich Ansatbayev has been appointed Head of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region.
Kossym Dussenaliyevich, born in 1981, is a native of the Republic of Turkmenistan. He graduated from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University, Bolashak University, and Narxoz University, earning degrees in Law, Construction, and Business Administration.
Throughout his career, he has held a number of positions in the public sector. He worked as a Leading Specialist and Chief Specialist at the Department of Trade and Public Procurement and the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Kyzylorda Region. He later served as Head of Division, Deputy Head, and Head of the Department of Architectural and Construction Control and Licensing, Deputy Head of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Kyzylorda Region, and Deputy Akim of the city of Kyzylorda. He also worked as Director of the Construction Standardization Center and Deputy Director of the Information Modeling Center of Astana.
Prior to his appointment, he served as a Coordinator for Feasibility Studies and Expert Assessments at a private company.
