By the order of the Akim of the North Kazakhstan Region and in coordination with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, Mafruza Tasbulatovna Nauanova has been appointed Head of the Department for the Protection of Children's Rights of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region.
Mafruza Tasbulatovna was born in 1975 in the village of Kazanka, Aiyrtau District, North Kazakhstan Region. She graduated from Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and from the Kokshetau Institute of Economics and Management with a degree in Economics.
She began her professional career as a teacher at Volodarsk Secondary School. Over the years, she has held various positions, including Chief Specialist and Head of Department in the Office of Akim of Aiyrtau District. She also led district- and city-level departments in the fields of internal policy, culture, and language development. In addition, she served as Deputy Akim of Aiyrtau District and as Head of the Department of Guardianship, Custodianship, and Educational Work within the Regional Department of Education.
Prior to her appointment, she served as Deputy Head of the Department of Culture, Language Development, and Archives of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region.
