The Kazakhstan Agency of International Development «KazAID» invites you to participate in an expert discussion dedicated to key projects and programs of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS), practical results of their implementation, as well as water diplomacy and regional cooperation in Central Asia.
The following key topics will be reviewed in detail during the session: • IFAS projects and programs launched during Kazakhstan's current chairmanship (2024–2026); • practical results and measures taken to overcome the environmental crisis in the Aral Sea basin; • water diplomacy and international water law as tools for regional interaction; • "political" aspects and mechanisms for strengthening cooperation among Central Asian countries.
